Take a few pictures of each piece of jewelry.

Fill out your contact information, the lowest and highest prices that you want to receive for each piece of jewelry, check the validations, and submit Consignment Request Form.

The Consignment Request Form must be filled out by the owner of the jewelry piece unless the owner requires special assistance. If you need special assistance, please have your assistant contact us

Important Information Regarding Consignment
1. AFTER SALES
If your jewelry piece is sold, you will receive 70 percent of the sold price minus the shipping fee (from you to us).
2. CANCELLATION OF CONSIGNMENT
You can request cancelation of a consignment as long as your jewelry piece is not yet sold. However, there is no guarantee for the cancellation. We cannot remove your jewelry piece from our online store immediately. If your consigned piece is sold during the cancellation processing period, your request will not be accepted. It generally takes up to 7 days to process your cancellation request.
If your consignment is canceled at no fault of Sea of Rocks, 10% of the agreed maximum posting price, or $20.00, whichever is larger, will be charged to you for the consignment processing and handling.
3. MINIMUM DURATION OF CONSIGNMENT
When you and Sea of Rocks agree on it, we will post your jewelry piece on our online store for a minimum of 90 days.
4. YOUR SHIPPING FEE RESPONSIBILITY
If your jewelry piece is sold, the original shipping fee (from you to us) will be subtracted from the sales price; see Section 1, AFTER SALES above.
If the consignment is canceled by you at no fault of Sea of Rocks, the original (from you to us) and return (from us to you) shipping fees will be charged to you.
5. CLEANING, POLISHING AND/OR TESTING
Sea of Rocks may perform cleaning, polishing and/or non-destructive testing of the jewelry piece. If any chemical, such as liquid and polishing cloth, is used, Sea of Rocks LLC will clean it with warm soapy water afterward.
